By accessing or using Keyword Intel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Keyword Intel is a keyword research tool that provides search volume data, trend analysis, and related keyword suggestions. Our data is sourced from official search engine APIs and third-party data providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Free accounts receive 5 complimentary credits upon registration.
• One-time credit purchases (Starter, Business) never expire.
• Pro subscription provides 500 searches per month, with additional searches billed at $0.08 each.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Resell or redistribute our data without explicit permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate keyword data, our information is derived from third-party sources and should be used for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data provided. Search volumes shown are estimates and may vary from other tools.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Keyword Intel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keyword Intel, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
